Becoming Visible With Emotion and Body Code

Becoming Visible With Emotion and Body Code
What is Emotion Code and How It Helped Me Become Visible for Myself and My Clients.

This weekend I had a chat with one of the “Awaken the Possibilities” Facebook group members. They were  very insightful. I spent lots of time with this person using Emotion Code yet, they did not understand the connection between Emotion Code and the group name.  I was shocked that they did not get it. What did I do wrong and how was this not communicated properly?

QUESTION FOR ALL OF US: Where in your communications have you thought others understood because it was obvious to you but….they didn’t?

To find the answers, I went into dissecting mode and looked in the mirror. There was a part of me that was hiding… the part that was scared of being completely visible thus it got in the way of my communicating clearly. Sharing the Emotion Code (EC) technique brought up fear of not be taken seriously.  What entrepreneur or professional has not experienced that feeling? When that realization surfaced, it was clear that I hid a very important part of myself a lot – more than I realized because I’m a business woman who works with very left brained folks and many poo-poo the woo-woo emotional and spiritual sides of themselves! However, after working with many holistic tools to manage stress for myself, tackling my woo-woo emotional and spiritual side  always created the healing, productivity, confidence, competence and credibility to be real and authentic without the emotional baggage. It’s a continuous life time process of peeling the onion called life. Time to clear out that visibility issue that was holding me back!

My leadership and professional development toolkit uses many holistic tools to release self-sabotaging emotions that get in the way of our success: Emotional Freedom Technique AKA Tapping or EFT, Neurolinguistic Programming  (NLP), Body Talk, Body Code, Visualization, Meditation and more. Every single one landed at my feet when I needed them – one more potent than the other in various ways. And the layers of emotional baggage peeled off bit by bit.

My favorite tool is Emotion/Body Code system because of how fast I can ID the trapped emotions and release it without the client needing to relieve the experience.

What exactly is the Emotion Code technique?

“The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions – which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause depression, anxiety, they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. And because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute pain and even disease. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal – so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.”

So, how does this apply to business owners and why do I love working with it to stop self-sabotage? Our emotional baggage gets in the way of our success, wealth, health, relationships. Whether it comes from our childhood, or traumatic experiences, these emotions can cause us to self-sabotage. Clearing them allows leaders and business owners to serve powerfully with clarity and confidence.

Fear of success, fear of not being good enough, fear of stepping away from our dream naysayers, and so many others fears that we have, can be dissolved. Aches and pains go away… mine have in a big way!

Let’s face it, being an entrepreneur can be daunting. We can use all of the help we can get!
