Words have power and energy. When said with sincerity and intention, the phrase “thank you” and the word “gratitude” carry Universal energy that can affect us during good times and bad. When you are aware of the good things in your life, and are thankful and in gratitude for them, your vibrations rise and you attract more of what you want in your business and in life.
Gratitude is an affirmation of goodness and the more you practice it the more you begin to feel alive and more joyful!
What are the benefits of being grateful?
When you appreciate what you have, more good things come into your life. There is always something to appreciate and be grateful for. Think about and feel gratefulness for the things you have already attracted in your life and for those you are about to receive.
When you are grateful, it boosts your spirits. You get increased feelings of optimism which reduce any stress and anxiety that you may experience.
When you are grateful you create clarity by observing life from all angles. You notice all the good things in different areas of your life leading to helping you to achieve contentment. Once content, you start to focus on the many gifts that everyday life has to offer.
“Gratitude is the most passionate transformative force in the cosmos. If you give thanks for five gifts every day, in two months you may not look at your life in the same way as you might now.” – Sarah Ban Breathnach
