There’s this belief that some of us came to this world to fulfill a specific purpose. Discovering your life’s purpose is a process especially if you want to live a more meaningful life. Let’s do a Quick Shift to quiet your mind, connect your heart and step into coherence to between the head brain and heart brain to gain clarity on what could be your purpose.
- 1st: Breathe deeply
- 2nd: Shift consciousness to your chest area.
- 3rd: Think, feel, hear and sense something or someone that you love. EG: a pet, baby, mate, walking the beach, etc. REALLY be there and stay in the place for at least 30 seconds.
- 4th: Ask your high self to show you your purpose, what you love to do, what you want to do.
- 5th: Write down what comes to you.
Simple, right? Some think it is so easy to do this that it can’t possibly work. Think again! This simple and easy technique is very powerful, helps with decision-making, staying grounded when in challenging situations and more. It helped me to heal from burnout (along with other techniques I use). Unfortunately, we are so busy we forget to Quick Shift. I suggest doing it before you get out of bed, while brushing your teeth, driving, Understand that you have the power to shape your destiny and it all starts within. Focus on where YOU want to be. There’s a great deal of pressure sometimes from parents and from peers for a person to do what THEY want you to do. If it does not feel right, honor those feelings, listen to your intuition, and ask for help when you need it.
