DISC is the most widely used behavioral assessment tool, adopted by organizations around the world, to improve teamwork and understand different communication styles. 

The Client Attraction DISCovery Process uses TTI’s DISC Talent Insights Profile to help reveal hidden talents and skills to create high-performing leaders, entrepreneurs workforce and teams.

You will receive a comprehensive report with your behavior style and how it integrates in the sales process.  Learn to adapt to the style of your prospective client and communicate your solutions in their language so they understand. 

 Assessment #1 

The TTI Success Insights® Talent Insights and Sales Report was designed to increase the understanding of an individual’s talents. The report provides insight to three distinct areas: behaviors, driving forces and the integration of these. Understanding strengths and weaknesses in these areas will lead to personal and professional development and a higher level of satisfaction. The following is an in-depth look at your personal talents in the three main sections:

1. Behaviors: DISC
This section of the report is designed to help you attain a greater knowledge of yourself as well as others. The ability to interact effectively with people may be the difference between success and failure in your work and personal life. Effective interaction starts with an accurate perception of oneself.

2. Driving Forces: MOTIVATION 
This section of the report provides information on the why of your actions, which with application and coaching, can tremendously impact your valuing of life. Once you know the motivations that drive your actions, you will immediately be able to understand the causes of conflict.

3. Integrating Behaviors & Driving Forces
This section of the report will help you blend the how and the why of your actions. Once you can understand how your behaviors and driving forces blend together, your performance will be enhanced and you will experience an increase in satisfaction

Assessment #2

Emotional Quotient – EQ

Emotional intelligence is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power of acumen of emotions. The EQ assessment measures five factors.

1. Self Awareness:

The ability to recognize and understand your moods, emotions and drives.

2. Self Regulation:

The ability to control or redirect disruptive impulses and moods and the propensity to suspend judgement and think before acting.

3. Social Awareness:

The ability to understand the emotional makeup of other people and how your words and actions affect others.

4. Social Regulation:

The ability to influence the emotional clarity of others through a proficiency in managing relationships and building networks.

5. Motivation:

A passion to work for reasons that go beyond the external drive for knowledge, utility, surroundings, others, power or methodology and is based on internal drive or propensity to pursue goals with energy and persistence.

We merge this assessment into the “Zap the Stress” training to help you understand whether or not your stress is dramatically rising and hampering productivity, killing your workplace culture and productivity or staying within reasonable levels. Once you know, you can address the root causes and work with the tools we will be sharing to help you manage stress in the moment.


Identifying the signs of Stress
Stress manifests in different ways for different individuals. For some, it takes the form of a physical toll, while for others, it may cause memory loss or distraction.
The four main signs of stress are:

  • Physical: Low energy, aches and pains, frequent illness
  • Emotional: Irritability, feeling overwhelmed, moodiness
  • Cognitive: Inability to concentrate, memory problems, poor judgment 
  • Behavioral: Eating or sleeping issues, procrastination, nervous habits

Work life balance does not exist yet we keep striving for it! In this training Terry shares what does exist and how to make it work for you. You will also learn how your behavior style contributes to your stress and what to do about it.

Magnetic Business Attraction

Identifying your ideal client helps you to remain as focused as possible to attract them into your business. Understand how your mindset influences your attraction power – both what you want and don’t want.

This training teaches you how to “Sell With Spirit” by including Intuition techniques, Law of Attraction and Zap the Stress principles, clarity and decision making exercises, and an easy and fun business plan system.

Shift the Blocks

Do you have a fear of sales, fear of being visible, fear of not knowing what to say or do, fear of success or fear of failure? In this coaching segment, Terry will help you identify what could be in your way of attracting the success you seek. She is  certified in various healing modalities and will intuitively use the appropriate tool to help students clear out self-sabotaging baggage that gets in the way of realizing your dreams.

  1. You cannot commit to at least six hours a month for self-improvement. We understand the demands of a busy life, but if you can’t dedicate six hours a month to make significant progress, this program might not be a good fit. Terry Wildemann

As a passionate advocate for entrepreneurial leaders, I understand the feeling of repeatedly jumping over the same hurdles and seemingly going nowhere. Having been in that position myself, I empathize with the challenges faced by such leaders. When we work together, we identify and eliminate success blocks, leap over hurdles, and cross the finish line with tranquility, ease, and flow.

Having been an entrepreneur since age 18, I’ve experienced the emotional and physical pain caused by stress. At 29, my doctor warned that I wouldn’t see my 30th birthday if I didn’t change my work habits. My workaholic tendencies and lack of attention to my body’s signals led to multiple devastating burnouts. These failures impacted my body, family, business, and clients. However, each failure also presented an opportunity for growth. By seeking help, I discovered a wealth of healing modalities, eventually becoming certified in many and healing myself.

Today, I collaborate with entrepreneurs who—like my past self—are eager to embrace their inherent gifts and step into their power confidently, competently, and credibly. They’re ready to enhance their performance, prioritize mental and physical well-being, set essential boundaries, and lead a fulfilling business and life.
