An experienced business woman, speaker and certified coach, Terry studied, and became certified in various holistic modalities after experiencing multiple burnouts and poor health. This lead her to create and develop programs for business owners and professionals to help them avoid burnout and evolve  into competent, confident, credible and coherent stress resilient leaders who become highly intuitive puzzle-solving ninjas by integrating the practical, tactical, logical, physical, energetic, spiritual and emotional sides of themselves.

Married to her soulmate,  Walt, for a bazillion years, they have three very cool kids who are also leaders, movers and shakers in their own careers.
