Leadership Is In Her DNA
Terry Wildemann has been an entrepreneur since the age of 18. Over 52 years in business she has built, led, and evolved enterprises that have shaped her into the advisor, speaker, and guide she is today.
The work of Intuitive Leadership® and SHIFTology® has been evolving for 39 of those years. It was not built in a classroom. It was forged in the real world, through real loss, real service, and a relentless commitment to the truth that the most powerful leadership comes from within.
The Pioneer
Between 2001 and 2009, Terry founded and operated the Winds of Change Holistic Education and Leadership Center, a pioneering space that blended leadership development with holistic practice long before the world was ready for it. She was regularly told she was ahead of her time. She kept building anyway.
The Servant Leader
Over a 20 year period Terry guided more than 11,000 transitioning military personnel, both as a volunteer and a paid educator, helping service members find their footing and their leadership identity in one of life’s most significant transitions. As a proud Navy spouse and partner to Walt Wildemann, USN CDR Ret., Dean Emeritus of the U.S. Naval War College, she serves leaders with her whole heart.
The Caregiver
For 20 years Terry also supported her aging parents, flying to their side every four to six weeks while keeping her mission alive. That season asked everything of her. It also gave her a depth of resilience, empathy, and understanding that no certification can teach.
The Creator
Once the caregiving season ended, Terry closed the book of her life and began writing a new one. She entered an 18-month sabbatical and created the entire SHIFTology® card deck series. These five complete leadership reflection tools are now used in her retreats, coaching engagements, leadership programs, summits, and podcasts. They are also available to the public.

Studying EFT with master trainer Jaqui Crooks and earning certifications in NLP, Emotion Code, Body Code, Reiki Master, and DISC-certified professional behavior analysis, the thread running through all of it is the same.

Terry is currently completing her certification as a Neuro Change Solutions Consultant with Dr. Joe Dispenza, deepening her ability to guide leaders through identity-level transformation grounded in neuroscience.
