I love technology!
Today my elderly parents, who live in another state, had a doctor’s appt. Dad agreed to try #Lyft which for him is a BIG deal. From where I was, thousands of mile away, I was able to order them a #Lyft ride, speak with the drivers each way, give my mom both driver’s names, types of car and license plate numbers for safety, and watch them on my phone en route to and from the appt. According to my parents, each driver took special care of them and made the rides fun for my parents. My brain is blown and I’m so very, very grateful to be living in this age of tech. Thank you #Lyft for making our lives easier.
